We are considering the end users mobile number as an identity for the transaction. The OTP for authentication will be transferred to this number. Hence, you need to provide the valid data.
We will keep this mobile number in our server logs and may be used for audit purposes. Networkz Systems will not entertain any refund and cancellation of the fee payments once placed through the online payment gateway system. Once a fee payment is done through an online transaction, the same will be automatically recorded in Networkz Systems accounts department and will be reflected in the account statement.
Once the payment is successful, the payment receipt will be generated at the same time and available to download for the end user. But under the special circumstances, Networkz Systems may consider the refund of the fee. This is possible only in the cases of Technical glitches, either in our end or at the online payment gateway service provider, wherein an invalid amount got debited from the student's account. In this scenario, the student needs to contact Networkz Systems and share the details. The accounts department will evaluate the transaction. After confirmation, the amount may be refunded to the student through online or offline transaction. An extra refund charge may be charged as per the situation. Networkz Systems can take final decisions in such scenarios.
Other cases include any fraudulent activity notification from our payment gateway service provider, any payments received via payment gateway in duplicate for the same cause, if any unexpected error occurs within the application and found the amount is already debited from the students account. In the occurrence of any of the above situations, the end user needs to contact Networkz System through the contact information shared in the Contact Us menu. This policy is applicable ONLY to online fee payments done through networkzsystems.com and NOT for any classroom programmes or correspondence courses or test series or web-based products for which the fee payment has been made at any Networkz Systems offices.
