During his employment period he visited Nigeria to handle a training outlet as a Manger this experienced added confidence and courage to start his own company in India. He started Networkz Systems in the year 2009 with a core focus on delivering quality training to public . The success of his company from a training centre to Pvt Ltd organization with 4direct branches was his hunger to Win as an Individual and as a Business Man .This decision made him to stand in front of you with a Brand which trained many corporate ,scientists ,Govt & Central Govt Employees, Engg College HOD’s and Professors.
He started this company with Networking Training Programs alone and that made his brand a demanded training institution in Trivandrum and later in a year time he added Software training programs .By the end of 2014 he launched Electronics based training programs on Embedded systems and MAT LAB.
As he started his career as a Technical trainer it inspired him to think of giving quality training to public .To make his dream in to reality he need his training centre’s across the country and across the world .This internal thinking made him to start his companies franchises outlets to promote Quality training.
From a single centre in 2009 he developed his network to 5 centers among one was the first franchise at kollam . Currently he have his direct branches in four locations among that one is in Tamilnadu and others in Kerala.

After an year he joined with an Electrical Company as a Junior Engineer for an year time ,then moved to a leading CAD Training company franchise in Trivandrum as Technical Trainer . His hard work and sincere approach towards his work always made him to get better career growth in his career year over year. Being a techi guy he always got appreciated for his willingness to accept any challenges, and he was selected as the second best trainer in Kerala region among his company network .His technical expertise and skill were shared to many Electrical Engineers in india and abroad. Later after two years he got promoted as the Technical Head.
Over a span of time his involvement in sales and marketing activity supports and customer interactions made the management to promote him as the Branch Manager for their Cad Training institute in Nagercoil, Tamilnadu. There he was able to establish the company brand name in a wide manner by conducting various presentations and seminars in all the Engineering and Polytechnic colleges which mint results by year over year.
